I was under time constraints and insurance wasn't kicking off very quickly... so I signed them for my personal injury case.I was impressed with their ability to put up with my series of calls and emails over a few days time (due to the afore mentioned time constraints) and yet they never read as annoyed or bothered by my calling. They were eager to step in and help and, surprisingly, they aren't one of those groups that promise a bunch and then not deliver. Without the help from Todd and Jacque/Johnson and Livingston, I really don’t know what direction my vehicle insurance company was going with their claim, but what I do know, it wasn’t going in the direction it needed to that was fair and right for me. The insurance company made error after error and would take no accountability for it. The Auto Body shop and myself were at their utmost mercy. Todd and Jacque got on it professionally and within a few weeks the insurance company was whistling a new tune that was favorable for myself, the auto body shop and the insurance company. Jacque and Blake were THE BEST to work with.I was in a car accident with my husband when I was 26 weeks pregnant. We were not at fault and our car was totaled. As if the scare of having our unborn baby at risk and being rushed to the hospital wasn't enough stress, the other insurance company had us go WEEKS without getting us a rental vehicle.
